One question pops into my head, how do prospective employers get to see what you are posting on FB if you have security set for only your friends to see your information? I think it is unethical for any "employer" to be snooping into people's personal lives. It is an envasion of privacy. And if they are allowed, then we employees should have the right to do background checks and on all "Prospective employers" just like they do to us "prospective employees", or use their info to show how unfit they are. I just find snooping on FB, MySpace, whatever, is like going into someones home uninvited and snooping through all their personal belongings.... That's a criminal offensive. I am praying for the day when anyone who wants info about you, and does not have a legally signed affidavid from you to look into your background, can be brought up on criminal charges. The information they find they use to discriminate against people, that is a crime! And no, I have nothing that would make me lose a job or whatever....I have friends whose lives have been ruined by unscrupulous, mean, jeolous, and nasty people...people who were their employers tell lies about them and now that is the information that is passed on to prospective employers.

Do you know? I couldn't help but laugh when I read this as it reminded me of a time when I was in report at high school and my principal sat me down and talked to me about this very topic
